Panda "2.3" was on July 23, did you see a recovery? I did!

It seems the last panda update was very favorable for my sites, I lost a decent amount of traffic (due to rankings) by the end of June possible due to the June panda update but the one in July that happened on the ~23rd or so (source:Why Google Panda Is More A Ranking Factor Than Algorithm Update) seems to have given me back all my rankings and my newer sites are starting to reach the top 5 in google

It's always hard to say what is working and what is not with 100% certainty but I'm personally convinced the panda update is a monthly tweak or so that reflects user enjoyment of your site on certain values such as your bounce rate vs the rest of the top 5 or 10 and if users go back to google search results to click on other websites (aka their question is not answered).

My backlinks are about 40% article directories, 40% blog networks and 20% of random other things such as directory submissions, facebook likes, tweets that people do on my posts etc.

Anyone experience some changes with the panda 2.3 update late last week positives/negatives?

The updates are happen regularly,some thing minor and something major.Currently seeing some effects lets wait for the big update.

we did see an improvement too at the end of july, first improvement in rankings in the past 3 months - wrote changes made here dopdf.com/forum/topic/dopdf-a-google-panda-recovery-case-study
