I am in Canada. A great keyword IS available as a .ca but .com .net, .org are taken. Do I take the .ca and build a site or do I keep looking for a .com .net .org and use a stop word/letter? If I put "my" in front of the keyword (or something like that) to get a .com .net .org is that better than using and registering the .ca? If I have an indexed website already that is not related to the keyword or is partially related should I optimize the new keyword and post on that existing domain. Example: symptomsforlymesdisease.com/symptomsforheartburn The "symptomsfor" being in the domain and the post or do I have to stick with "lymesdisease" information? Thank you. |

If you are only targeting Canadians, you might as well get .ca. If you are just trying to rank in the US or worldwide get one of the other 3 com/net/org, with whatever addition you want (I usually add something at the end).
