Adsense conversion of personal finance niche

The CPC of the personal finance niche is high. However, I don't know what it is---ad placement, wrong color scheme, etc...but it seems that the CTR of this niche is a little on the lower end. Anyone here own a personal finance/credit niche site? How have you fared in terms of Adsense CTR?

MY CTRs have been pretty low even when mixed in with the content like (0.9%).

Yeah I noticed the same thing. Now I am trying to put it in the body BEFORE the content...
