Paid Traffic To Send To Affiliate Page

I am wondering what other paid traffic sources can you use to send traffic to an affiliate site. I know about PPV and CPA and such, but those are best used to send to the main site either by direct linking or basic landing page or using banners.

What I am talking about is something similar to Google PPC. Where someone searches for a problem like "acne medicine" and it take them to a place to see your site, which is a pre-sell affiliate page? Is there anything like that other than expensive Google? Something that gets a lot of traffic and is cheap?

Bing offers PPC (it covers Yahoo as well).
