I second that answer - any tool, no matter what it's use is only as good as the person wielding it. One of the main problems folks run into with SEO tools is they don't really learn to master them to gain full advantage of the potential they offer.

SEO power suit is much better and giving good result. Also the experiences of others tells the positive view of this. Its better tool.

- do keyword research with Rank Tracker to find keywords with good search volume/competition ratio (KEI - keyword efficiency index);
- do an initial rank check for keywords you find;
- do keyword optimization with WebSite Auditor (no more than 3-5 keywords per page);
- find good backlinks that your top competitors use with SEO SpyGlass;
- do reciprocal or 3-way link exchange with thematically relevant link partners.
- keep doing rank checks with Rank Tracker, weekly or daily,- to see if there are any good or bad changes and compare your rankings to those of competitors.

I always recommend to other people that Google Web master tool is the best option to analysis the entire website even its matter of back link, or else any HTML suggestion.

Using SEOquake plugin you can sort the results to find most powerful pages linking to your competitor based on their age, backlink data and PR. To research for which keywords your competitors moving in serps, you can use semrush.
