#1 on google, 12k searches a month, 0 views?!

After being sandboxed for a few weeks on my new site (only god knows why as I only did 20 backlinks a day via article marketing), it just popped back up a few days ago as number 1 for it's search term.

Keyword tool is telling me it gets 12,000 global searches a month and 6,000 local searches a month. The problem is I'm not getting any visits. Is the traffic estimate from google totally off on this keyword or do I just need a better call to action?

I mean I should still get one or two clicks regardless of my description since it's number 1 right?

Is it exact or broad searches?

It's the same search volume using both broad and exact matches.

So, on American Google you're #1 for a keyword that has 12,000 exact searches a month, but you get zero traffic? :O
