Hi,

I recently purchased ENR and was going through the videos in the program.
I've one confusion regarding choosing the domain name of the various products that one decide to promote.

If anyone has used this system successfully, can he/she pls suggest how to choose the domain name for the niche/product you're going to promote.

Will choosing the domain name based on the product name itself legal? I read many times on WF that choosing the domain name same of the product name can lead to the legal action against the webmaster resulting fine and handing over the affiliate website to the company

Please suggest how one should choose the domain name if he/she is following the ENR course?

That is a big question I have too, actually is one of the most important parts of our affiliate mkt. business.. I think that choosing the domain name based on the product wont be a problem, I ve seen many review sites wich use the product name as their domain, in fact if this method will bring more sales for the owner of the product, better for him

This is tricky. I have asked about this few years ago but after receiving feedbacks from forumers, I decided to avoid the domain name based on the product/product name. I just want to be safe and want to avoid trouble.

I know of at least one successful outfit that goes after brandnames in domains. They rarely get told to stop.

I've received cease and desist letters that resulted in me taking down a site...

The bottom line though is that its a risk and you should treat it as such.
Do what is comfortable for you.
