Google crawl Question

When Goole crawls my site does it crawl the site entirely? I have added some content recently and it doesnt seem to have been crawled yet. My site was last crawled on the 27th of july but the content that i added was way put in the week before. I am just wondering why this content hasent been crawled or can this just take a while.

does everybody know how google verify invalid clicks?
