How much time it will take for first page of Google organic rankings? If there is only 90,000 global monthly search and medium competition?

There is not a fixed time to see your link in google first page.
it`s all depend upon quality backlink.

3-6 months if you work on it every single day.

It will vary on a lot of factors, make sure you get your onsite SEO sorted out. Then move onto offsite SEO (link building, article marketing etc).

You will start to see results after a few weeks, if you do things well.

It really all depends, like it was said before make sure all of your on page seo is sorted. Make sure that you are adding content daily. And get high quality backlinks and you should see results. As fas as how long no one knows but google.
