How can I contact Decaptcher if I can't get into my account

I have been trying to log into Decaptcher.com and have been unsuccessful. My browser saves my log in details so I can't see how I got that wrong.

I have done the forgot my password link multiple times and never have got the email they say they sent. But unless I can log in I can't find support. The only email I have is a no-reply, but nothing of any use is in those email.

I just put another $10 in there a week or so ago and only used a dollar or so of it and the last time I checked I still had over $10 in there. So if someone got into my account to change the email, they only got a few dollars. But there is no way to verify as I can't get in or contact support. And $10 is a lot of money to me right now.

Please help.

I just got some new software to check on key word competition and I am continually having to solve decaptchurs. It runs so slow. I need the service pretty bad. Half the decaptchurs I am unable to solve due to my poor eyesight and the way they cram the the letters and numbers so close I can't figure them out.
