What would you prefer if you want to improve the search engine ranking of your site. And why? Quality V/s quantity. Please justify your answer.

i always go with the quality! but u never neglect Pr 1 or pr 0 sites..because u will be trusted to these this that one day these sites will be rank.also as u know that the formula of Pr (20 Pr 0)= (1 Pr 5 or 6) sites.so never neglect low quality sites.
