Hey whats up guys, I have ranked multiple sites on the first page of google. However, one of my latest sites has an estimate 14k search volume in google. It is ranked number 2 in google, however it it is getting like 30 people a day. Fortunately this is not the case with my other sites but this is very confusing to me. Anyone have any input |

Is the search volume "exact" match? The KWT tool reflects an average estimation. Some people believe that running a PPC campaign for the targeted keyword is the only accurate measure you can use to identify the number of searches a keyword receives. I personally disagree with this approach because searches for a specific keyword are dynamic. There are number of factors that can influence the stats provided by Google. One of them is internet marketers like you and I who serach for our keywords 10x a day to check our rankings ![]() The site in the second position usually receives around 10% of the traffic for a specific keyword. If you can get your site up to the first position your traffic will triple. |
