How to appeal to a global audience?

i have developed a .co.uk site for a few years now and ranks quite well on a very popular search term, however most of my site visitors are from the uk. i feel im missing out on a global audience because its a .co.uk domain... am i right? and if so, how can i make my site more reachable by the rest of the world?

Just move your hosting server to usa base hosting. and target global keywords that have some traffic
