Withyin short time getting Google PR is original or fake?

i have one domain developed by joomla 1.7

age about 4/5 months

2day i saw got Google PR 5

but now i cant beleive

any one can help me to check is really or fake?

from 0 to 5, its fake according to me
it takes at least a year to get super authority pagerank.
