Default Can You be Blacklisted Even if You're Indexed?

It's worse than I thought. A few days ago I complained that I have a website A-B-C-D.org that has little competition and Google only returns 800 results when searched like this, A B C D The site is indexed, but it doesn't exist in the listings.

Now I've found that two other EMD are indexed, but they don't exists in the listings. They are both a couple years old. One is a physical fitness site that has little competition and I WAS #1 in Google. Now it doesn't exist, yet I'm still getting some visits and clicks. I believe this is from my article marketing.

DOES Google blacklist domains, or even any domain I may put up even though my adsense account is still good, and my domains are all indexed?

Should I just take down the domains or just remove the adsense for awhile, or just replace the content? All my content is 100% original.

I've never heard from Google (a couple times they contacted me with ad placement advice, but I've never gotten any complaints from them).

What would you do?
