I know everybody in this section of the forum wants to start earning with Google Adsense. I was exactly like you 5 month ago. Now I realize Google Adsense id definitely if not the worst on of the worst monetizing methods I know. Let me tell you that they just don't care about you. I have two facebook pages with 300K fans and posted my website on my facebook pages. And the outcome? I had 600$ balance in Adsense and I got banned. I haven't clicked any of the ads myself ever and I hadn't violate any terms but that is what they do. Imagine you become big one day, You get 5000 visitors an hour and well if your earnings come from adsense, you'll get banned. If I were you as a starter I would never ever start with Google Adsense. Just try other monetizing techniques like CPA, Affiliate marketing but don't start your website with adsense Google doesn't deserve you. I hope you'll become big one day and will understand what I meant. |

I am really sorry to hear that and I understand how discouraging it might be. However, I have been earning from AdSense for many years and so far the only complaint that I have is how long they took to get back to me when I needed to contact them. Other than that, I think it is still one of the best programs out there for a newbie to start making money online. |

Adsense is great for beginners but it's definitely not nearly the best choice. Think about it. People advertising using AdWords have to be making a profit. So here's how the money goes. Advertiser sells a product for $50. Every $25 he puts into AdWords makes him a sale. (Most likely less) Google takes $12.50 of that money. (most likely more) You get $12.50 of that money. (most likely less) Why not be that advertiser and make $50? |

I definitely think Adsense has it's place- but I think some niches it's better to sell a product. Of course, the best way to sell that product is to build a list! | |

Adsense and Facebook usually do not mix well. Google generally regards FB traffic as low quality. They are right, since you can try to sell stuff on Facebook - You will not convert anyone. Advertising on FB itself is a sure way to lose money. |
