I know that my previous thread on the best SEO Plugins to install was pretty popular so i decided to share an updated list of Plugins that i have tested with numerous websites and has by far shot my sites up to the top of search engines in record times!

Enjoy let me know if i should try some others that have worked well for you.


·SEOPressor Unlimited
Benefits:
A Search Engines Best Friend. Too many benefits to list.
·Platinum SEO Pack
Benefits:
-Optimized Post and Page Titles for search engines. -Generates all SEO relevant META tags automatically.
-Helps you avoid duplicate content.
-Lets you override any title and set any META description and META
keywords, for any post or page.
-Can add index, noindex, follow or nofollow, noarchive, nosnippet, noodp, noydir meta tags to any post/page.


Downfalls:

-No Options to noindex cateogory pages, archives, tag pages, comment feeds, rss feeds, search result pages, sub pages of home or category or tag pages.
-Nofollow external links on front page (Home page, Category page, etc)

-Amazingness.

·cbnet Ping Optimizer
Benefits:-When you create a new post, your blog will ping and notify all the ping services that it has been updated. This encourages search engines and different blog directories/services to index your updated blog properly.
-When you edit an existing post, it won't send any unnecessary ping to ping services and saves your blog from getting banned by such services.
-When you post a future post by editing the time stamp, it will ping only when your post appears in future. It won't unnecessarily ping many times when you schedule posts as WordPress does by default.

Nice post, google xml sitemaps, cbnet ping optimizer and easy privacy policy are so useful.

Haven't seen Dagon design, but I will check it out.

I would say maybe take a look at SEO Ultimate if anyone's thinking of using Platinum SEO, it's got 404 notifier, deep linking and loads of other cool stuff.

I think the reason you didn't is because its nothing earth shattering. These plugins are known by most semi-experienced SEO's. Its still a great post considering all the new guys around here, but nothing that will cause a storm

"Trackback Feed" is a good one.

It basically takes all of your pending trackbacks and puts them into an RSS feed for you.

So, if you're submitting articles to networks or directories and they send trackbacks you'll have a list of the url's that are linking to you.
