I need to buy 150 certain domain names. Do you know any site/way of getting them really cheap? Thank you.

There might be cheaper options, but the bulk domain buying club at godaddy is one thing you could check into. I think the break even point was 30 domains on that.

yeah there are so many providers available.but usually i used to buy domain in bulk through Goresellers.com .they are providing good services and offering services at affordable prices and they are offering so many extras along with this like website tonight,ssl,email marketing etc...basically they are providing two plans such as basic and pro you can choose the one which suits you for your needs.we can make reselling through them too.for more information just visit this site and hope it'll be useful for you.

goddady start selling domains really cheap about 2$ per .com domain, but I am not sure
the discount is available today

Just do bulk registration on GoDaddy, that alone gives you a decent discount. Then also look for coupon codes.

You can try buying your domains on 1&1. Right now they have a promo of $ 0.99 for first year... I'm pretty sure you can save a lot for your domains. Check my signature below.

If you have some specific requirements like you need .com domains only or domain should be 7 character only .. etc than it would be really tough to get all at one place.
You can login to name.com or godady.. and block your domains if some one release them .. surely you would be first to be preferred.
