Images next to ads on Google

I was doing some research and came across this:

Here are my questions:

1. How can I get an image next to my ad using Adwords?

2. Is this available for Adsense too?
- which ad unit?

I've seen this too. I would imagine that it requires your products to be listed in "Google Products", but I can't say for sure since I currently don't have an Adwords account to check with. I've never seen it on Adsense though and I'm 99% sure this is on search engine ads only.
