I can get the EMD for a phrase with a CPC of $20.06. Can I rank it?

140 Exact Global Searches
$20.06 CPC average across all bid positions

Top 10 have PR's of: 3, 3, 5, 4, 3, 5, 2, 4, 6, 5
Domain Ages of: 9, 14, 15, 12, 3, 8, -, 14, 8, 14

Got a couple EDUs in there. Backlinks to the Page seem like cake. At least five of these have zero backlinks. There is only one actual SEO'd site that is going for CPA leads and it's number 4, but targeted for a different phrase. I'm hoping with the EMD it would be worth the time, but is 140 searches worth the time? At spot one I'd be looking at 60-70 searches. Divided by 30 it'd be 2 searches a day. Is that something to even mess with?

No, don't do it. Trust me. The CPC from Google Keyword Tool is not right for your purpose. Use the Contextual Tool instead ...

I wouldn't mess with it personally. The search volume seems way too low.

It will give you current bidding prices plus associated keywords.

High competition, little traffic, and a CPC that's way lower than $20 (trust me). Id say no go for sure.

Definitively, you can rank those key term but it will make increase your budget which should be cost high in compare to your product.
