The Concept of Link Juice for Multiple Links

Though i understand the concept of google pr i do not fully understand the division of link juice for multiple links on a page. If two links to different pages on the same site are in one article on the home page of a high pr domain, how is link juice distributed?

I have heard that its divided link juice between the two links compared to what might be given to a single link on the page. But I have also heard that no matter how many links on the page they all receive the full power of link juice so as long as the links point to unique pages and not all to the same page. Which is correct? And if this is not correct, what is?
