I've seen the same scenario across many of my sites. Each time when i build links, my site jumps all over the place. Once i stop building links, week later all is stable and i move up a lot. Is there a way to keep building links and not expirience google dance, jumping +-10 positions ?

It seems like that you have a good link building strategy because you were able to bring your site to a higher ranking. But to avoid the Google dance is very impossible since your site is listed in Google SERP. This thing is a very normal scenario because your site is not the only one that is experiencing Google dance. All you have to do is to continue what you are doing for as long as you are doing the right thing, everything will be okay. |

Try to mix up your anchor text as much as possible. Past a certain point, it's not really worth it to spam a certain anchor text. I honestly think Google is devaluing that method over time, but I haven't tested the hypothesis yet.
