Do MetaKeywords matter anymore?

I was interested in hearing from some of the SEO folks in the forum on how they stand in regards to the value to metatag keywords are these days as it relates to SEO and rankings for your site.

Very little if any value. However not to be confused with meta descriptions which can be of some use in conversions.

Meta Keywords, I'd say still matter but brings you very little value. It still affects your SERP in a way.

The reality nowadays is that meta tag keywords are considered far from crucial for good SEO and if abused can even be bad for it.

Google hasn't used the keyword meta tag for rankings since about 2003.
