Trouble Signing up For Adsense. Please help

Ok, so i went to submit my application to adsense to be approved. I filled out all the forms, and got to the end where is asks if you want to use your google account email and all. I said yes, and it told me it was already being used.

After some time i remembered that about 6 months ago i had started an application but never submitted it or anything, and cannot use the old application because it was through an iWeb website i was messing around with on my mac, filling out adsense i guess before i knew all about it.

So i tried a new email address and it said it was sent to it but it has not been (yes i checked junk mail and spam too)

Any suggestions? I just want to apply and get adsense on my website.

should i delete the application, is that even possible?? if so how?
