What is the minimum amount to bid for any keyword as well as maximum amount for bidding in PPC?

Default Re: Bidding Amount - PPC

Some PPC services have a minimum bid but most will let you bid as low as $0.01, a few start at $0.05 but don't expect to show very high for most terms at those bids. Don't forget that auctions take your quality into account, quality being your click rate. The bid and CTR (Quality Score) are multiplied to determine your ranking.

You can bid as high as you want although most services put a practical limit. Bidding high such as $100 does not guarantee you will be in first position. They have checks and balances for that sort of thing. For example, bidding $50 for a keyword that normally goes for $1 will not get you anywhere. On Google for example, your QS needs to be good to get the top position, no matter what you bid.
