Just keep building backlinks to it. I have had two of my sites enter this recently, one has just came out of the sandbox and entered position 1 on Google US Serps. Just not for the rest of the world.

The second site, is still nowhere to be seen but not deindexed. I will continue to build links to it. This is infact in the same niche as yours.

Perhaps we can exchange links?

I will talk to my boss about your proposal. Can you tell me the time you get released from sand box? How many links you built weekly?

1. Get quality link back. e.g. DMOZ, Joeant.
2. Target niche keyword, once you get rank with niche keyword, then you can slowly targeted more competitive keyword.
3. Create unique content.

I had the same issue. After 3 months in the sandbox I finally took some stpes to do some dedicated backlinking from high PR sites and my site came out of the sandbox in the space of 2 weeks, and at a much higher position than it had ever been.
