Can any one please tell me What is content spam and how it bad effect on ranking

Content spam, means stuffing as many keywords as you can in the content oer and oer again. Google will hate your site, and your rankings will suffer.

Try to be conservative, do your keyword research and also use longtail keywords for variety.

The basic rule is don't spam. I suppose you nee dto know what it is to avoid it though. Do you mean content spam or spammy content?? Not sure if there is a difference though.

content spam is an problem comes when you steal other content in your website links , content should unique and your own ,

Spam means same page already match. However spam content is the content which is copied from some other exist page on the market i.e on the internet.

Content spam means exactly that, your content is so full of unreal sentences and overly stuffed keywords that the humans and SE find it unrealistic and just leave the page or rate it badly. It should be avoided or else your site would be punished.

Well content spam means using the keywords more than 5 times in your content which is called keyword stuffing.
