Help with Docs and payments for seo clients

Hi

Is there a place where i can buy templates/ documents

That Seo clients can fill in their SEO needs, i have designed my own but would like something else if there is such a thing out there.

Also when it comes to clients paying alot ask for payment split into 50/50

So they pay half upfront and half when the work is completed

My worry with this is if they dont believe they get the desired results they wont pay for the other half of the work, I do stipulate that top position for your keywords is not guranteed and any seo company that does gurantee this i would be wary of kind of thing.

How do you guys overcome this problem with clients wanting to pay half up front? Is that the normal practice?
