Yeah, there are a few actually. I like SEOPressor, but many people have complained it slows down the site. I havent had this issue yet. There are a few others that are cheaper but I forget the name, wait for others to chime in first with a few more options |

Not sure it would be good to completly automate the on site optimisation but there are plenty of free and paid programs that make the job alot easier. Just search for them in google.

| I have heard about SEOPressor, but that only works with Wordpress sites I guess. Will that work for other sites?

| You are right. But, I am looking for some software when configured through FTP with the sites back-end brings up all the changes needs to be done on its interface (like changing the Title, Meta Description, etc etc..)and I could manually edit it through the software's interface. This would save a lot of time then manually going and changing it from the control panel or using softwares like Adobe Dreamweaver or any other CMS system. Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't think having your on-page optimization being automated is helpful. I guess is it always better to do it on your own rather than relying on such software. I am not saying that these tools are crap.. They are helpful in some ways - like for example if you don't know how to do an on-page optimization, then you can use it. But if you have a knowledge in doing on-page optimization, it would be better if you do it on your own. On-page optimization is a very critical part of a website and its impression to Google and its bots. |

| Thanks Jessica. I agree with you. But just to know whether any software which does a better job. I am sure there would be some which automates at least 80% of the work.

It's not software, but I really like to use Spydermate for comprehensive on-page SEO analysis. I use the paid version, but a free version is available as well. |

I used 2 Wordpress extensions but if you leave them unguarded you end up to an unbalanced site from SEO perspective. I audit my site with Website Auditor (part of the pack of SEO Powersuite and related with my sig link) |

That sounds a little dangerous. At best I might, MIGHT, consider something semi-automatic. | |

| You are right Chris. That's what I had in mind, I won't agree a software changing my content either. But, something which works on my command at the same time saving time would be great. I work on a number of projects in a month as an account manager. So, any kind of genuine software would save me a lot of time and hassle.

Why would you need such an automation? This is going to be a low-quality content.
