Is anyone using SEOLinkVine or BloggingUnderground

These are backlink generating blog networks, both charging $67/mo on Clickbank. I would appreciate hearing if the benefits are real.

BloggingUnderground seems to be the older one with a network of privately owned blogs you manually insert posts into. one blog at a time?

SEOLinkVine is Brad Callen's new system that automatically distributes your articles to a network of individual's blogs. Presented as his solution to the slow process of getting Bloggers to pick up your articles from ezinearticles.

SEOLinkVine is being promoted in the Rankerizer free rank checker download pages, the email submission is unverified, enter what you want, but you have to sit through his several minute pitch to get to the download page for this windows only app.
