Default Have a question on correct post titles

If your keyword is How To Get Rid Of Headaches, is it best to use just that for the title of your wordpress page, or is it ok or better to add to it like, "How To Get Rid Of Headaches Without Medications"

The reason for the question is quite often I will make a page for a word that has a lot of searches like "how to get rid of headaches" (just an example) but my product is for "how to get rid of headaches without medications"

Which title should I use for my post? Am I better to stick with just the keyword, (for seo reasons) or is it ok to add to it. What if it is a 2 word keyword? Should I still stick with the exact keyword?

You're better off adding a benefit into your title - so adding the 'without medications' would likely get a greater click through of more targetted visitors.

Cheers,

Martin.
