I have some additional point:

1. always keep the page size below 1MB, a heavy site might not index by some of the search engine.
2. Limit number of outbound link, else it will consider link farm
3. Monitor keyword destiny to 2-3%, too much keyword in content will consider black hat

Very nice post from You. The second big factor by onsite SEO is dont have a much targeted keywords in your body because the google have changed algoritham and now your keyword density should be about 20% and not more.

This is nice sharing,it is best suitable actions for onpage factor for heavy keywords.As far as low competitive keywords only concentrate on Title,Meta tags and content of the page.
