How much $ to be on page 1 on Google for keyword "Social skills"?

Hello Warriors!
Ive created a website that offers a great product for people to improve their social skills. Im now looking for ways how to reach my customers.

How much $ could I expect to spend to have my website be on page 1 on Google for the keyword "social skills"? And, what actions would I need to do to get there? (my website does not contain the words "social skills" in its URL).

It's tough to put a figure on such a thing, though an SEO service should take a stab.

For kicks I looked at the 10th result for that search, the site was nasponline.org

While most of the site's pages don't directly contribute to that search term, they do contribute to it's overall authority reputation. This site recently had 6,783 pages and 22,024 inlinks, even at less than $2 an article it looks like matching just their content would be over $10,000.

Equivalents to authority site links can't always be bought, most to this site aren't your bot generated junk links.

I imagine a niche site with 100 focused pages might make search page one, but it would be in the company of giants.

Thank you! I can spend roughly 500$ to target this keyword.
Im trying to gather information how I would go about spending this money most efficiently.

You may find it easier to target longer tail keywords, which all togather may get you more traffic and also more targeted traffic. It may be cheaper to go after these too - so your $500 could go a lot further.
