Default How to get targeted audience with Adwords?

Hi to everybody,

The help in setting up Adwords needed.
A day ago started the advertising campaign, and noticed untargeted visitors' admission (takes 3 seconds to leave a page, according to the statistics of the first day). What is needed to be checked first?

Now started sorting it out. And there are few specific issues.

There is an option "Google Networks" in Ads settings. How to configure it rightly hide Ads from untargeted audience? Or does it depend on the Keywords chosen?

I've put the most quality keywords (that bring main traffic to our website (and to shopping cart)) into Ads group.
Do the keywords that bring traffic to our website in Ads work?
Should those be used in the Ads or should I try other keywords?
Does it make sense to run several Ads groups under different keywords?

And I noticed that the keywords' Quality Score 4/10 - 7/10.
What parameters do affect the Quality score? How do you raise this rate?

In addition, we have a single product, so I did not create a separate page and sending visitors to the website home page.
Should I create a Landing Page instead?
