Default RSS FEED question

I would just like to know if I'm creating rss feeds from urls the rite way. I am using links2rss.com , and also rss mix.

here is a rss mix feed

RSSMix.com Mix ID 2528575

here is a link2rss.com feed

Cool Links

My concern is that when I check the feeds the urls seem to be in regular text format, that made me wonder how would google bots be able to read them.

I was planning on making a small link wheel using web 2.0 site than taking the urls and turn them into rss feeds , and than use amr to get those feeds crawled thous indexing the links inside the feed. Am I correct in my theory
