Default Link Juice / Deep Linking

Let's say I have a list of 1000 article directory websites, I already have articles linked to my homepage.

Is it still worth submitting articles on the same 1000 sites for the inner pages, or will this hold no value as I already have 1000 of these links aimed at my home page.

At the moment I try put 2 articles aimed at my home page for every 1 at my inner pages. Is it worth putting more focus on backlinking inner pages will this add any value to my homepage, seo wise.

If you mean 1000 articles all the same content, then actually it's imposible to get
all those 1000 articles approved. Suppose the chance of an already submited article
to get once again approved, is 99% (the chance is far more less than this in reality).
Doing a simple math, will get you:

0.99 ^ 1000 = .0000431

I.E the chance of the 1000th article to be approved is 0.004% in a much optimistic
assumption we made.

But if you have 1000 unique articles at hand, then I suggest you put them in your
site. This brings you more traffics and pagerank.

And for your question about backlinking to inner pages, it is worthwhile.
Actually there is no difference between your homepage and inner pages in
terms of SEO. What brings you good for your homepage, will do also for the inner pages.

You can still leverage those sites ranking power, but it won't be as good as you are using a set of new sites.

Whether you link them to your sub-pages or home page depends on your strategy. You could have a couple of different anchor texts for different pages. For example you can have X blog when you link to your blog page and X when you link to your home page. This way you tell search engines that these two pages should be ranked high for two different keywords. At the same time you will benefit from increase in page rank of each one in the other one.

I'd say get yourself a new list, as KKChoon mentioned these sites will be coming from the same IPs and thus won't pass much value. Keeping in mind of course that those 1,000 sites approved your first batch of links already and that they exist.

If they didn't or your unsure of which got approved go ahead and submit them again to your internal pages. Maybe you'll get some more links indexed that you didn't have before and thus more linkjuice going to your internal pages.

You should not submit one article to more than 3 sites or else your content could be punished for showing duplicity. Links from Ezines still retain their value before and after the
Google Panda update so be sure to get your articles submitted here. For submission to other submission sites make sure you get links that link back to your inner pages.

Isn't duplicate content a problem only when it's done within the same website? Besides, your articles may be syndicated by other webmasters, increasing the number of duplicates. In fact, that's exactly what one would expect from Article Marketing: to generate more links by syndication.

About deep linking, you should not forget internal deep linking. It's not as powerful as inbound links from other sites, but I've had pages ranked on the first page of Google simply by using internal linking.

I think it is not useful to submit one unique article to 1000 ones.It is better to submit 5-10 directories is good for seo.and i think link the homepage is more valuable than to link to inner page. But link to inner page is useful to ranking of the whole site..

Agree.
Internal deep linking is also important.

Using them for deep links will be very useful.

That said, I suggest trying to find different websites.

It will continue adding some juice, but not as much, the question becomes is it worth your time to build links from the same IP addresses or look to build from new ones, think in terms of return on investment, I myself opt for new IP addresses instead of hammering the same one's over and over again.
