i have waited since then

got an email from them about quality of pages issue

Well quit waiting and get to work and fix the issues. Your site is surly lacking in content. The pages I saw are basically links and instructions to buy this. What the hell kind of site is that?

You need to read more posts on this forum and try to learn how to build a site and get it ranked.

you need to redesign and rewrite from scratch then request for reconsideration.

Get some quality content on the site man, I mean if I was a buyer and I came across your site I would only buy the book if I really needed it or couldn't find it else where. You
need to captivate the users into using and browsing your site and you can only do that if you have quality content on your site.

Yeah! Your side is not indexed at google. May be it is banned. Write quality content and make your site with good structure. They many reconsider you.
