Default Are php redirects against adsesne policy?

i am promoting clickbank banners on an adsesne site.
i want to use a php redirect using code:

<?php
header ("Location: http://longclickbankhorribleurl");
?>

when someone hovers over the banner it will say something like sitename/pc-speed-up.php but when they click it goes to clickbank product page.

would that be against adsesne policy?

Is there something else to the code?
Like some if, then statement before?

I just wonder why you are not using normal link.

I might be missing something, but that looks like a
redirect code in and of itself. The visitor gets zapped
without clicking.

That would be a violation.

Sooner or later the client will anyway find out that you want to send them to clickbank, so why hide it? A disappointed customer is not likely to buy.

But it seems like a violation, yes.

Are you already implementing the code?
Because I'd like to see how it works.

That code is a straight redirect. Nothing else happens
except the visitor is zapped to the clickbank site on loading.

If you have any html before the code, you should get an error message,
or nothing happening, or something.

That's not a redirect code for a click.

How does that hide your affiliate link anyway? Unless you
use a url shortener.

Why do you want to hide a link anyway?

Just make it a regular link. No problem. Not sure why the
gyrations of a php redirect.

If you are in love with CB, then ditch adsense. I see very
little reason to put a plain CB banner on an adsense content
site in that manner. You seem to be wanting a CB sale, not
adsense.
