I would like to ask a question about adsense account diversification. In my MFA portfolio there are sites which has 4-6 pages on site and one-page sites. They are all properly set up (which means they have ads according to adsense requirements and policy). I've two adsense accounts which are legally owned by different persons (so no IP intersection, different PCs and browsers, etc) What do you think: - should I spread all sites to these adsense accounts - or should I group one-page sites only at one adsense account to minimize risk of both accounts to be banned? The both accounts still has not reached $100, so no payment has been done for them. |

well wha ti would do is take the one page sites and put them on one account and put the bigger sites on another account. Because if you are making 30 bucks a day or so with the bigger ones(just a random figure) then your smaller sites are making you 4-5 bucks a day, you wouldnt want the one pager sites to ruin your account with the bigger sites also stop making one page websites |

How do YOU have TWO adsense accounts legally owned by Different persons? If they are YOURS, you are breaking the rules. So why ask a question about diversification? Oh. I know. You apparently already are breaking the rules so no wonder you fear having google shut you down. I would also doubt you are following the "other" rules as well, since you could care less about others. And that's why you are afraid. A normal person with an adsense account has no reason to worry about such nonsense as "diversification." People like you are the reason why google has such a heavy hand. Adsense account diversification. Man that's rich. Follow the rules and you have no worries. Try it some time. Paul |

Good Paul. Amazing - why can't people follow rules. They get caught in the end... |

As I said - I'm strictly following google adsense rules and owning two accounts are not in the question. They are legal. Period. I would like to thank Futuremills for the useful answer, it has the most sense than any other. Quote:

I wouldn't be as harsh as Paul was (even though he is right) but I will say this... I would be careful if I were you. Once you reach the payment threshold Google will probably take a look at your sites and if they see one page sites, they will most likely ban them all and close your account. Before adding AdSense to those sites, I would build them up to at least 30 pages of unique content each. |

Okay, thank you Tony. I've got the point. I've decided to take out all adsense blocks from these small sites until they've got at least reasonable amount of pages. Then they could be respected by any reviewers and what is more important by me =) Thank you guys for your time and help, I really appreciate it. |

Hi La Padre, Please it is not safe to have more than one Adsense account. I know you are aware that Google is the Judge. Do not do anything that will lead to all your efforts coming to not at the time it matters most. If I were you I will say bye bye to diversification. odohjc |
