Which tools support Blog Comment?

Hi
Do you know which tools for support blog comment? I have a list of sites for comment and I need a lot of time for post the comment, input name, web url, email address or anchor links. Do you know the tool for save our time?

I used MemoKeys to create the shortcut of the input and this save time, but I wonder have any tool for this work.
