Indexing your pages has never been easier and/or faster...

I am glad to say that you can get your new pages indexed in a matter of minutes at best and hours at worst with the new webmaster tools service Google introduced lately.

It is called "Fetch as Google Bot" and you can find it inside your Webmaster Tools account.

Actually "Fetch as Googlebot" has been around for a year or so, it's not even really an update on Googles part.

That is strange as they announced it on August 3rd, 2011 - Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Submit URLs to Google with Fetch as Googlebot

Maybe they just added some features to the Fetch as Googlebot that allows you to submit your URLs to their index.

I think all they did was release it from BETA, I don't see anything new, & I know I've been running Fetch as Google Bot for at least a year or two.

Thanks for this post. Now we have a quick reference for when the n00blets ask "how do i get my website indexed?!?"

Though, I generally get a kick out of those threads when the person is asking about getting their MONEY PAGES indexed. hahaha what a larf! That's the easiest thing in the world.

Getting forum profiles, blog comments, or article submissions indexed can be a bit of a different story...

Anyway, thanks for posting this.
