Actually this is a free tool to find backlinks through keyword. Just one thing is you have work hard .You may select links and add your site to related links...Just enter your keyword that belongs to your site ,and it will display so many links which related to your keyword. I can tell you that there is no such tool ever made which can work perfectly all the seo tools are work on script. The best way to build back link is manual link building that include blogging, article submission, link exchange with relevant site etc.

I have tried it out! Will save alot of time. Some of the sites it brought up for me have a low Google Page Rank of 0 or n/a. Does this mean if I add links to these sites I am not getting a quality backlink? Will this effect my ranking?

That why i told before...That you have to work for it....You may find so many bakcklinks ,just add your site to those backlinks. Mainly this is not an automatic backlink generator.But you can find backlinks through exact keyword...which is suitable for your website...

I would suggest the only people in the world making/manufacturing backlinks are marketers and seo companies.

It's no surprise that Google is having a hard time and its algorithm is croaking under the strain. hence Panda

I would humbly suggest that instead of looking for shortcut tools to litter the Internet with links back to your stuff... you spend the time instead creating content that gets shared naturally.
