Using adsense on another site which was not accepted

I first applied for adsense for my old site but i got rejected saying that page type issue:

Your website is a type of website that we do not currently
accept into our program. Such websites include, but are not limited to,
chat sites, sites that drive traffic through cybersquatting, and sites
that use excessive keywords in the content or code of their pages.

After getting that email i submit request for my another site and i got accepted for that.
Now i need to insert google adsense code on that site which was earlier rejected.
So my question is will it be okay to put adsense on that site?

i think u can put adsense on your rejected site..if your site not against google's tos..

My site is not against tos but i think i am having some images of celebrities which i don't own.
I don't know can i use celebrities images or not on adsense site

If the desi site in your sig in the one in question, and I think you
have asked this before, that whole site is a walking adsense
violation.

Why do you think they didn't approve you with it?

Using images without permission is a clear violation.

Sounds like that's a really bad idea if you want to keep your Adsense account.

Well if you believe that your old site does not really fall under those that are being rejected by Google then you can use your adsense code there, just follow the TOS and you should be fine.

If your site isn't against the TOS in some way, why did they reject it in the first place? Think, man, think. Of course it violates the TOS in some way.

I doubt your ads would display on that site anyway. Once a site is rejected, adsense ads won't display on it, at least it used to be that way. I assume it still is.
