Looking for the Best Link Building Service (outsourced SEO)

Hi all warriors!

I want to outsource pretty much all the link building to my websites, and now I'm looking for the best company that offers link building services.

I just lost my #1 position for one of my best keywords, and my competitor seems to have pretty much 100% spammy links from social bookmarking, forum profiles and articles. So I guess that is working well.

So please tell me about your experiences and opinions with outsourced SEO services.
1. Which is the overall best link building provider?
2. Which type of links do you recommend? (directory submission, article submission, social bookmarking, forum profile links, link wheels, web 2.0 properties, more advanced type, etc.)

Just tell me anything that is useful to know!

Also, some real success stories would be very nice to read!

("I moved from page 20 to page 3 in google" is not a success, I'm talking about sites that makes more than 500 USD/month)
Stories about new sites that got ranked well only by link building services would be awesome!

In short, I'd recommend contextual links. Look into services from Sidley/Ikav/Kannan and Mike Grant.

- Homepage links. Get them in some capacity. There are plenty of offers around.

- Content syndication. Either by joining private networks yourself and submitting content, or using a service.

Sorry, just now saw this. Contextual links are just as they sound - anchored links within a body of text - the big G loves these and they are very valuable especially if the page has decent PR and the content surrounding your link is somewhat relevant to your site.

Anyway, Mike Grant and Sidley are both users here on WF and have services listed here on WF. Do a little searching and you should be able to find them easily.
