Review my first WP Site!

Just started to design and add content to my first WP site, I used a studiopress theme which is "supposed" to be good for SEO. I like it a lot so far but would like some of you experts on WF to do a brief review on what I've done so far.

Your site is designed well, i don't see any design flaws however i would suggest you start with your SEO efforts since you still do not have any backlinks on your site.

Just ordered a WSO yesterday, I was a little cautious about starting back-links on a week old site. What are your thoughts on this? I'm interested in seeing how the feeds work with a web 2.0 site, I hear they help out SERPS.

The site looks pretty good from a visual point of view and SEO point of view.

There are some improvements you can make.

1. I would add some more content to your site. Currently it is a bit light on. Perhaps some articles going into the detail of how leather hides are made.

2. You should add "About", "Privacy Policy" and "Terms & Conditions" pages.

3. I would remove the "Log in" link from the bottom right of the footer.

BTW, your site is indexed by Google, so I would start slowly ramping up your backlinking activities

Try adding content with the keywords with which you want to rank for, try including them in header, description and anchor text. Once you have made the site more presentable this way, try building a decent amount of backlinks for it as well.

Site looks good from a design standpoint. For SEO, I agree with what UMS said. I would add some more content to the website, using keyword rich, unique content to help Google pick you up even faster. Also, build some backlinks, and you'll do great. Good job for your first time!
