Traffic Travis and rank checker!?

Hey, im intrested in buying a software that i can check my rankings with.

And i was thinking about Traffic Travis. But i have one question:

The free version only allows first 50 spots, but how many the paid version does? First 300? 1000? Unlimited?

Paid version goes up to 1000 (keep in mind that's the maximum results Google ever returns anyway)
