I have a site that is rank on #4 for keyword i want to increase the link. i am having problem get back links to my sites. I need 300 high pr back links can any one help me.

and also tell me how do you find do follow blog for particular keyword

In getting links from high PR pages, there are thousands of them in the internet. It will depend on what method you will use to get them.

But if you know several off page methods, it will be easy for you to "diversify" your link building. And yes, you have a good chance of getting links from pages with good PR.
