Use your keyword once in every 100-120 words. Bold, italic and underline them. Add images to your article. Include your keyword in your image file name. Add title and alt tag to the image. Adding caption to the image also a good idea. Add a little space between the image and your text. Write a minimum of 500 words, the more the better. Use h1, h2, h3, h4 tags. Add some links to other page(s) in your site. Sometimes it's a good idea to link to authority site such as wikipedia and yes G loves if you link to them. You can also add video to your content. If nothing else, it will improve your site's bounce rate. |

If you're using wordpress, go with a plugin that shows you those exact numbers for the onpage. There's a couple free and paid ones out there. |

Ideal keyword density should be 2-4%. You can go to Google and type in "Keyword density" to find free tools to scan you site with. Also it is good to include your keywords in the image names you are adding to your site. Instead of "DSC0013.jpg" name it "bail-bonds-agency.jpg" or something to that effect. This will help reinforce your keywords further on page.
