Where do you place a sales page?

How do you create a sales page for an ebook?

i am very familiar with wordpress and i have 2 blogs but i've been wondering how you create a sales page.

do you purchase a whole new domain?
do you include it on your wordpress blog?

if you go through clickbank, do they let you place your sales page on their site or something?

i think i'm reading too far into this but i know i can't build a sales page if i don't know where to place it.

I would assume depending on the content of your ebooks, the website lay-out could vary accordingly.
