Google must pay $500 million for accepting ads from Canadian pharmacies. This means they will go on a rampage now. Start crushing any ads that seem even a little gray.

People need to make sure. Yeah, that the ads do not cause controversy any. I just had seven of my ten main ads terminated by the goog.

Great posts and insight bout what Google is up to. I was wondering why certain ads were getting punished and it's because Google has to tax somebody for thier fine.

Got banned years ago and in a way... I'm glad I did... Don't have to put up with their stupid rules etc.

They've always been pretty strict. I'm surprised the pharmacy got through tbh.

Where were you in May on that one as MS begged for a lesser

They were order by the US supreme court to pay $290 million
dollars to the company i4i. Where were you in June on that one?
Or maybe a fine against MS does not have the same ring as fine
against google. Exactly.

Get over your google-hate people. It's the cost of doing business.

I find it odd nobody mentioned that google just bought motorola
for $12 billion to further their dominance of cell phone OS and
gain ownership of many patents.

Companies from apple to google are suing each other over patents
at the moment. So what? Has nothing to do with whether a company
is bad, or deserves to be knocked down, or anything else. It's
just normal business.

They should be stopping dodgy ads in the first place! I know it's all money money money, but they shouldn't just accept any nonsense. They have plenty of rules for adsense when they're paying out money, they should do the same when accepting money!
